Client Service Specialist

As Client Service Specialist, Gracie is primarily responsible for account servicing and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of various tasks such as new account opening and maintenance, required minimum distributions, move money requests, charitable donations, and billing. 

Gracie began her career in financial services after obtaining her Accounting degree from AB Tech in Asheville in 2016. She has gained valuable experience and expertise through her previous role as financial service officer at the State Employees’ Credit Union, where she specialized in mortgage processing. Her knowledge of the industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service make her a valuable asset to our team. 

Gracie resides in Asheville with her rescue cat, Jerri. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring new trails in Western North Carolina. Gracie’s passion for personal growth and commitment to serving clients make her a highly skilled and personable Client Service Specialist.
