Jennifer is responsible for risk management within the organization, and ensures compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and policies and procedures.

Jennifer serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing risk management for the firm and ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Additionally, she acts as Human Resource manager, handling various aspects such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and industry compliance for all employees.
Originally from Connecticut, Jennifer obtained her B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to joining the team in 2011, she amassed over 15 years of experience in commercial lending and banking. Outside of work, Jennifer and her husband Doug, enjoy spending time with their family, traveling and embracing the abundant outdoor activities available in the Asheville area.
While Jennifer primarily operates behind the scenes, she delights in engaging with clients, eagerly listening to stories about their families and ongoing adventures.
