Investment Committee Member
Tim Mowrey is a valued member of the ACT Advisors team, serving on the Investment Committee. His dedication and expertise are instrumental in analyzing investment opportunities, evaluating risk factors, and providing valuable insights to shape the decision-making process for our client’s portfolios. Previously, Mowrey excelled in his role as a Certified Financial PlannerTM Practitioner, where he had direct interactions with clients. However, he has recently shifted his focus exclusively to investment committee work.
Mowrey was raised in Niagara Falls, N.Y., (born, bred, fed, and ed) where he was active in a number of sports, student government, school and church activities. He currently resides in Raleigh, N.C., with his wife and the younger members of his family. In addition to his family and friends, Mowrey enjoys reading, hiking, exercise, and religion. He attempts to stave-off tension, age and stiffness with the occasional yoga session, and enjoys an eclectic spectrum of musical styles.
